The Answer to Dying Malls.
The answer is redevelopment, re-inhabiting, and greening these pedestrian exclusive zones. Redevelopment bringing museums, arts, libraries, churches, motels, and restaurants. Re-inhabiting by offering more urban living choices for those who desire to live in vital walkable communities. Greening by rediscovering hidden assets like wetlands and creeks, and developing outdoor recreation opportunities.
