People have different wants, needs, and tastes. Subdivisions have a few models to choose from, about the same size and style. Houses should come in different sizes and styles to add variety to the neighborhood. Sizes can be anything from a cute tiny home to a rambling estate. Styles range from modern, contemporary, transitional, and traditional.
